Let them eat CAKE!  LOL  Sydney is my kinda girl.  We put the cake in front of her and didn’t have to tell her twice to try it.   I love the image where she first squishes into the icing…

Sydney & mom, Hadley came in for her onesie session and I’m so glad she did.  She’ll be turning one in the next week.  Isn’t she just a doll?   

A.J. came in as a model for one of our onesie sessions and he was one BUSY little man!  With Dad who coaches, you know he’s going to be into sports so I knew we had to do a sports collage.  Then he stole my heart with the picture below, playing peekaboo through the chair.  Then came his cake session…and he just wasn’t too sure about all that icing!

I had the pleasure of photographing Jordan’s senior session.  She will be one of AHP’s senior models for 2011.  Many of you will remember her older brother, Jake, a 2010 senior.  Jordan’s a gorgeous girl and has such a fun personality.  While I was editing Jordan’s portraits, I realized once again how much she looks like her mom, Pam.

Here’s a few favorites from her session.  I had such a hard time narrowing it down for the blog, so I added a quick video with a few more (link at the bottom of this post).

Here’s a sneak peek into the first half of Tyler’s senior session.   I first met Tyler when he was in primary school and his sister, Heather was in our son Josh’s class.   It’s amazing how fast time flies by.  Now Tyler is in the top of his senior class, plays football AND marches with DHS band.  I know Lisa & Mike are super proud of the young man he’s become & all his accomplishments.  Have a great senior year and look forward to your outdoor session!

AHP will be offering FREE baby session fees ($100 value) to the first 5 people to sign up for the following groups:  Newborns, Sitters & Onesies.

Newborns need to be within 6-10 days old when you attend the session and born in July or August. 

Sitters need to be able to sit unassisted for several seconds (approx. ages 4 to 6 mos.)

Onesies need to be 10 months to 1 year for a One Year Old Birthday Cake session.

Callie is one of our Diboll Senior Models for 2011.   Isn’t she gorgeous!!  And one of the sweetest, funniest people I know…love her!  Callie is Captain of the Diboll Dazzlers for the second year and I’ll probably be seeing alot of her since she’ll be on yearbook staff again this year.

Over the next few weeks I will be getting things around the studio caught up as well as doing a few shoots for the Suttles.  So forgive me for things being kinda quiet.    While I was cleaning up the hard drive today, I found several sessions that never were posted to the blog.  So over the next few weeks I will be putting up a few images.

Here are a few from Shelby’s session.  She’s one of our Huntington seniors.  Her eyes are just gorgeous!  It was hard to choose favorites from this session.  

Jamie & Kimberly were at the very first wedding Jeff & I photographed…so it’s great to watch things come full circle when they asked us to photograph their wedding this fall.  We hit the streets in Nac a couple weeks ago and just had a blast shooting their engagement session.  Jamie was a little quiet at first, but Kimberly got him laughing soon enough!

July 27th:  Latest news from Celeste:  “GREAT NEWS!! I just got a call from the oncologist’s nurse about Mickey’s MRI results from yesterday. The radiologist said his cancer has not grown and there is no change from the MRI of June 16th. This is great news because Mickey’s cancer is very agressive and should have grown a lot. The nurse said to me, “This is very good news Celeste!” I AGREE. Looks like the alternative medicine, with prayers, is working!”  

Thank you to everyone who has been praying for the Suttles!!  I know this news is such a blessing for them.  Please continue to pray…
