Logan and Kristin came in for a few “mommy & me” images.  A few months earlier, I photographed a senior session for Kristin’s sister, Shelby and I was happy to get a few images for Kristin to send to her military hubby.  Here’s a sneak peek…

A few months ago, Sarah started talking about “Chad & Melissa” this and “Chad & Melissa” that and how ‘awesome’ they are.  And every so often she’d mention these three cute boys, Brandt, Brody & Braden.  Jeff and I really wanted to meet them after hearing so much about them so I was really excited when Melissa stopped by one day and asked me to do a family session for her.  Sarah just grinned and said, “Wait til you meet The Boys!”

If you see a little twinkle of mischief in these 3 pairs of blue eyes, it’s because there is just a little bit in these boys!!  And after meeting Melissa & Chad, I’m pretty sure I know where they get it…Melissa!!  LOL  But there is a whole lotta charm in these boys as well. 

Jeff and I had a great time and I hope all of you had fun too.  Melissa & Chad…so glad to finally meet you and hope we get to visit with y’all again soon!  (and Sarah is right, y’all ARE awesome!!)

John and Kristen came by with baby Jackson.  He is such a cutie that I had to share a few favorite images from his session.   Just couldn’t wait.  Thanks for bringing him in!!

Another baby…Little Gene is such a cute little man and I was thrilled to be able to do his first studio session.  He was also a curious little guy…just didn’t want to go to sleep for a L-O-N-G time!!  But when he finally did, we got some sweet shots of him in his sleeper…and without!  We were also able to do a family series with Kenny & Lauren.  They are so cute together and I love the images of Gene with their hands and rings as well as the shot of Kenny holding Gene. 

Thanks so much for coming in, guys!! And for being so patient with us this past month.  Hope you like them!

A couple of weeks ago I blogged that we would be having an Open House & Grand Opening once we had everything ready.  Well, we’ve finally settled on a date…Thursday March 19, 2009…it will be a combination of celebrating the new studio opening and my birthday! 

The open house will be an all day event, so plan on  stopping by, have some refreshments (we promise to have something YUMMY!!), register for our door prizes and just visit when you get a chance.  The party will continue thoughout the next week as we’ll be drawing daily for the door prizes, offering some special booking bonuses for 2009 seniors AND then we have our Spring Garden Quicktake special scheduled for the following Tuesday, March 24th.   

2010 Seniors…We’ll also have applications available for our FACES 2010 program so be sure to come by and get one.  We will be selecting our 2010 senior models in the coming weeks so we can begin their model sessions.

Shay & Cody brought this young man to me last month at little more than a week old.  They were so nice and Cash is a sweetheart.  He’s  just adorable in his camo!  We even managed to catch one of his yawns!! haha!  We kept his images under wraps since some of them would be Christmas presents but I can share them now.  Cody & Shay…thanks for bringing Cash in and I imagine he’s grown so much since I saw him.  Can’t wait to see him again.

(I can finally post a few of the December sessions now that Christmas has come & gone and it won’t be spoiling any surprises.   It’s been crazy busy since late November…which is great but once again, I’m behind on blogging and proofing.)

Christi, Reagan, Sydney & Kevin came in to get some family portraits done for Christmas gifts.  They did the white on white…which I love!  The girls have grown up so fast and are just precious…and Kevin is such a cutie!  He walked in saying he didn’t want to take pictures and walked out wanting to shoot some more!  We even pulled Christi’s mom in for a few images.  She was surprised when I asked her but I’m so glad she agreed…Loved them!  Enjoyed having y’all come in!! 

Yesy & Joe were in town for a few days around Christmas and I was able to meet them for a session.  They are just so cute and were alot of fun.  When I mentioned I wanted to try a few different images for the bridal show, they were game for anything I wanted to try.  Yesy & Joe, thanks so much for asking me to do these for y’all!  Here’s a sneak peek for now and I’ll get your proof gallery online soon!
