A few weeks ago, Cody asked me what I thought of doing a session at the football field…at night with the stadium lights on in the background.  I thought, “Cool!  Let’s do it!” 

What Mother Nature thought was ‘COLD’ !!  It was that first week in January when the mercury dropped down in the teens.  We were freezing but these were SOOO worth it!  Love-Love-Love the shot above and  the shot with Cody’s dad, Coach Stifle, walking off the field.

I was thrilled to get a call from my sister-in-law, wanting to update their portraits of Trace for Christmas gifts and cards.  We did a quick session around their gorgeous home one afternoon and had a great time visiting with them.  The session started out with a typical teenage guy ”just doing this ’cause my mom wants them” feel  (haha)…but after the first few shots he was getting the hang of it and falling into the poses like a pro. 

Cheryl, I can’t believe he’s grown up so fast!!  Thanks for everything!  Trace…you were great!  We’ll have to do it again sometime.  Love y’all. 

I was getting Jake’s session ready for this afternoon when he and his mom come by for their viewing and ordering appointment and realized it’s been awhile since I blogged anything.   These were some of my favorites from his session…Love-Love-Love the black & white!!   Had a great time working with you, Jake!  see you soon.

AHP is having it’s first Senior Survivor contest.  Every 2010 AHP senior who has a session and viewing appointment** between September 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010 is eligible to enter this contest. 

We will post your image on our blog and facebook fan page the month following your viewing appointment.  You can then have friends and family visit the sites, check out your portrait and vote throughout the month (limit to one vote per day per email address).  The senior receiving the most votes that month will be featured on our blog and marketing, win a monthly prize AND will be eligible for the Grand Prize.
